A Florida partnership agreement is a contract that specifies the rights, duties, and obligations of each partner in a business. Partnership agreements typically cover ownership stake, day-to-day management responsibilities, dispute resolution, and dissolution. All parties must sign the agreement in order for the contract to take effect.
