A Rhode Island secured promissory note binds two parties consisting of a lender and a borrower into an agreement that requires the borrower of a monetary balance to reimburse the lender in a complete and timely fashion. This template is incorporated with security, reducing financial risk to the lender as he or she is guaranteed the item put into security by the borrower if the borrower cannot make the scheduled payments.
