An Alaska property management agreement allows a landlord to hire someone else to handle the day-to-day duties of a residential or commercial property on their behalf. This includes, but is not limited to, finding tenants, repairs, lawn service, snow removal, and any requests made by the occupants. The manager is paid a portion of the rental revenue and, if new construction or remodeling is needed, a portion of those costs.
