An Idaho property management agreement is a contract with which a property owner can appoint a manager to maintain their property and administer leases/rental contracts. Idaho is one of only a few states that allows property managers to operate without a real estate license. Due to this leniency, a management agreement will serve a critical role in defining the manager’s legal responsibilities to the owner as well as the authority they may exercise to ensure the proper management of the owner’s real estate.
