- Seller’s Property Disclosure Statement – A seller is not required by law to provide potential buyers with a disclosure statement of the land’s condition. However, the seller may opt to do so at their discretion.
- Where to Record? – Deeds must be submitted to the Registry of Deeds Office of the district in which the property is located along with the Required Filing Fee.[1]
