- Vacant Land Disclosure Report – Sellers must disclose the land’s environmental condition and general use by issuing this report to a purchaser within ten days of accepting the offer.[1]
- Where to Record? – Deeds must be filed with the County Register of Deeds in the county where the property is located, along with a Real Estate Transfer Return (RETR).[2]
