Supplemental Information

• Vacant Land Disclosure Report – Sellers must disclose the land’s environmental condition and general use by issuing this report to a purchaser within ten days of accepting the offer.^[1]
• Where to Record? – Deeds must be filed with the County Register of Deeds in the county where the property is located, along with a Real Estate Transfer Return (RETR).^[2]
