A consulting referral agreement is between any type of consultant and an agent that refers them business for compensation. The agent agrees to produce clients for the consultant and, after providing the consulting services and paid, the agent will receive their fee. The agent’s fee is commonly a percentage (%) of the total amount of the consulting services although it may also be a fixed amount per client referred.

The consulting services can be for any type, such as accounting, business, IT, financial services, and all other types of service providers.
