Minimum Termination Period – 60 days’ notice is required to terminate a month-to-month lease.^[1] Delaware law does not address required notice for week-to-week tenancies.

Increasing Rent – The landlord must notify the tenant 60 days in advance if rent is to be increased.^[2]
