Required Disclosures
1. Ownership and Agent Disclosure – The landlord must disclose to the tenant the names and addresses of the owner of the property and the person authorized to manage the premises.[1]
2. Real Estate Brokerage Services Disclosure (conditional) – In a transaction involving a broker, prospective clients must be informed of the types of brokerage relationships available to them, as well as of any relationships already held by the broker.[2]
