A Colorado rent increase notice is used by a landlord to raise a tenant's rent during a month-to-month tenancy. The landlord must provide at least 60 days' notice of any rent increase when there is no written lease agreement. However, there is no statutory guidance for rent increase notices when there is a written lease.
