Required Disclosures
1. Hazardous Substance Disclosure (conditional) – If the landlord has knowledge of an excessive amount of a hazardous substance on the property, they must provide written notice of this information to a potential tenant.[1]
2. Michigan Agency Disclosure (conditional) – A real estate licensee must disclose all types of agency relationships available to a potential buyer or seller and the licensee’s duties to their client before any confidential information is disclosed to the licensee.[2]
