Required Disclosures
1. Agency Relationship Disclosure (conditional) – A real estate broker involved in a transaction must provide the consumer with a disclosure form describing the available options for agency and facilitator relationships.[1]
2. Outstanding Inspection Order Disclosure (conditional) – The landlord must provide the tenant with a copy of all outstanding inspection orders pertaining to the rental unit.[2]
