The Missouri Association of Realtors lease agreement is a document that is used by a Realtor when handling the negotiations between a landlord and tenant. The Realtor will usually meet with a prospective tenant to show the premises and see if they have an interest. If so, the Realtor will accept their personal information through a rental application and require a fee from the tenant. If their credit profile meets the criteria of the landlord, lease negotiations may begin. After agreeing to terms, a lease should be signed with the Realtor owed a commission through their agreement either with the landlord or tenant.
