Required Disclosures
1. Agency Relationship Disclosure (conditional) – A broker or salesperson must disclose the existence and nature of any relevant agency or other relationships to the parties to a real estate transaction.[1]
2. Montana Mold Disclosure Form (conditional) – If a landlord or seller has knowledge of mold being present on the property, they must disclose this information to a prospective tenant or buyer before entering into a contract with them.[2]
