• Application Fee – Application fees have no limit and are non-refundable (no statute).
• Security Deposit – Tenants can be charged up to one month’s rent for security deposits. If they have pets, no more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the monthly rent may be additionally charged (§ 76-1416).
