The New Mexico Assoc. of Realtors residential lease agreement is between a landlord and tenant for the renting of residential property for a fixed period. The Realtor will help communicate with each party to find a mutually agreeable tenancy agreement. When the monthly rent and other responsibilities are agreed upon, the Realtor will commonly perform a credit and employment verification on behalf of the landlord.
