A New Mexico roommate agreement is a legal document designed for roommates renting together in a single apartment or property to formally agree on all aspects of sharing the space. In this particular agreement, any roommate who may decide to leave and move elsewhere must understand that they are responsible to find a replacement roommate that is acceptable to all of the other roommates or forfeit their deposit. All other terms and conditions included in the agreement must be abided by the signees.
