A North Carolina notice to enter is used to notify a tenant that their landlord intends to enter their rental unit for a particular purpose. North Carolina state law does not specify requirements for landlords to provide this notice, but whenever possible it is wise for a landlord to provide some sort of notice to their tenant of their need to enter.
