A Pennsylvania commercial lease agreement is a contract between a property owner and an individual/business entity renting a commercial space. During the term of the agreement, the tenant will be allowed to do business on the premises in exchange for a monthly rental payment until the expiration of the lease. The document outlines provisions regarding the option to renew and other rights and responsibilities of both the tenant and the landlord. Commercial agreements are generally negotiable, but once signed by both parties, the contract becomes legally binding.
