1. Commercial Leasing Notice (Philadelphia only) – A landlord of a commercial property must provide potential new tenants with the official Commercial Leasing Notice guide before entering into a leasing agreement.[1]
2. Consumer Notice (conditional) – Licensees must provide consumers with a disclosure summary detailing the potential agency relationships they may enter into. A different form is required depending on who the licensee is working on behalf of:[2][3]
