Nevada Voter Registration Form – Register to Vote in NV

A Nevada voter registration form can be used by residents to vote in any upcoming election by mail or in-person. A registrant will need to print off the document, complete all requisite fields, sign at the bottom, and deliver it to their local county clerk or registrar. To be eligible to vote, one must be a U.S. citizen, a Nevada resident of at least thirty (30) days prior to election day, a resident of their precinct for at least ten (10) days prior to election day, and at least eighteen years old. The registration deadline is four (4) Tuesdays before the general election. That said, eligible voters can register or update their information at a polling place on election day.

Deadline – By mail or in-person: Twenty-eight (28) days before election day. However, one can register on the same day as election day if they present valid ID.

Voter ID (§293.277, §293.285) – When voting in Nevada, the voter must sign their name in the election board register at their polling place. The signature is compared to the voter’s signature on their registration form or on their photo ID.
