Ohio Voter Registration Form – Register to Vote in OH

An Ohio voter registration form can be filed with the Secretary of State enabling Ohio residents to register to vote. The form must be filled in to include the voter’s personal details as well as any previous voter information on record (if applicable). Once completed and signed, it should be mailed to the Secretary of State or the County Board of Elections not less than thirty (30) days prior to the election. Applicants may also deliver the form in person at one of the approved locations or, as an alternative to the paper application process, the entire registration form can be filled in online.

Deadline – Thirty (30) days prior to election day. If the deadline lands on a Sunday or a legal holiday, the deadline will be extended to the following standard weekday.
