An Oklahoma voter registration form permits residents to vote by submitting a complete form to the County Election Board or a local tag agent. Voting eligibility is only applicable to US citizens that will be at least eighteen (18) years of age on election day. If previously registered to vote in Oklahoma, you may use the form to update the County Election Board with any changes to your personal information (e.g. new address, change of name) as well as your preferred political party. The completed form must be sent by mail or hand-delivered no less than twenty-five (25) days before the election. A successful registration will be indicated by the delivery of a Voter Identification Card.
