D.C. Code, Title 47, Chapter 28, Subchapter I-B, Part K

Requirements (§ 47–2853.142) – An applicant for licensure as a property manager must be a high school graduate who is able to read, write, and understand English. They must have passed an exam given by the Board of Real Estate and must not have had a property manager’s license revoked or a license application denied.
