Utah Month-to-Month Lease Agreement

A Utah month-to-month rental agreement is a lease with no set end date. It renews automatically until the landlord or tenant gives 15 days' notice to cancel. The landlord can also change the terms of a month-to-month lease, such as increasing the rent amount, by sending notice at least 15 days in advance.
