A South Dakota employment contract agreement outlines the terms of employment for an individual offering a service in exchange for payment. A description of the employee’s salary should be described in the document along with the schedule of payments. The employer can also specify information relating to any commission or benefits to which the employee is entitled. Apart from wage details, the employer may establish provisions restricting the employee from releasing trade secrets or from conducting business activity with other employees, customers, or competing organizations.
