Registering a Boat
Boat registrations in Nevada are valid for one year. They expire on December 31 annually, regardless of the original registration date. Registration renewal is available online with the Nevada Department of Wildlife (NDOW).
Where to Register
New registrations must be processed in person at an NDOW office. Appointments are available on Qmatic.
Required Documents
- Bill of Sale;
- Certificate of title or manufacturer’s statement of origin;
- Proof that sales tax has been paid;
- Registration fees; and
- Social security number.
