An Arizona independent contractor agreement outlines the business relationship between a client and a contractor who serves them independently. Contract agreements designate the contractor’s responsibilities and other duties which must be fulfilled in order to achieve monetary compensation. If agreed to by both parties, the contract will provide evidence of the established working arrangement. The agreement also serves as a declaration of the worker’s independent contractor status, therefore, assuring the government that no taxes shall be deducted from the salary.
