An Idaho independent contractor agreement is a document that helps to establish the client-contractor relationship by outlining the hiring party’s terms and conditions. Drafting a contractor agreement informs the worker of how the position will be managed both during their term as contractor and following. In the document, the client may specify the contractor’s pay, responsibilities, rights, and the expected completion date for the requested services. Defining the working conditions through the execution of a written agreement is greatly beneficial to the client as it provides proof of the contractor’s compliance with the undertaken obligations.
