A Rhode Island Independent Contractor Agreement is a document that binds two parties, the client and the contractor, to the terms outlined in the agreement. The agreement will relay the services which the contractor must provide, the financial compensation they will receive in turn, and the due date of the services. A myriad of other conditions can be applied to outline the exact agreement held between the two parties. The signing of this document by the client provides the contractor with complete control over how the services will be performed, including the hiring of subcontractors and employees as they deem fit.
