Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with many departments including but not limited to advertising, creative, product development and design, and sales;
  • Communicate with clients about brand guidelines, budgets, objectives, and schedules;
  • Develop marketing and pricing strategies;
  • Hire and train new marketing staff;
  • Maintain the brand style at all times;
  • Market research;
  • Monitor marketing campaigns and make adjustments as needed;
  • Monitor web and social media traffic;
  • Negotiate advertising contracts;
  • Participate in tracking project budgets;
  • Plan and pitch new campaigns;
  • Produce and edit content for print and web campaigns;
  • Research previous company campaigns;
  • Results analysis;

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with current marketing trends;
  • Project management experience is a plus;
