The Nebraska employment contract agreement is drafted by employers to set out the terms of employment for the job for which an individual has been hired. The document will specify the duration of employment and the amount of financial compensation that the employee will receive. The employer will also have to list any benefits that will be provided, such as paid expenses, bonuses, commission pay, paid vacation, or health benefits. If the employee agrees to the terms, both parties will sign the agreement.
