The Maryland 30-Day Notice to Quit (Non-Compliance) is used to relay a message from a landlord to their tenant of a non-compliance breach with regard to the rental agreement. This notice states that the landlord plans to regain possession of the property within 30 days. However, if the tenant fixes the non-compliance within 14 days of receiving this notice, the tenant shall be able to keep possession of the property and tenancy will go on as normal.
