An Oklahoma 10/15 Day Notice to Quit (Non-Compliance) is a form used to notify a tenant that there is a material non-compliance with the rental agreement. It must detail the violations and unless the they are remedied within 10 days, the rental agreement will terminate within 15 days from delivery of notice.
