An Oklahoma 10/15 Day Notice to Quit (Non-Compliance) is a form used to notify a tenant that there is a material non-compliance with the rental agreement. A landlord may use this notice to quit as written notice to serve a tenant. It must state the acts and omissions (violations) constituting the breach and unless the violations are remedied within 10 days, the rental agreement will terminate within 15 days from delivery of notice. If within the 10 days the tenant cures the breach, the rental agreement shall not be terminated.
Laws – 41 Okl.St.Ann. § 132
