What to Include (8 parts)

1. Parent Updates

This is where the parent(s)/head(s) of the household provide their personal updates, questions, concerns, and praises.

2. Child Updates

Any children in the family can discuss their personal updates, questions, concerns, and praises.

3. Other Family Member Updates

This is where the head(s) of the household can discuss any issues or events occurring with other family members. It can also be a time for other family members to express their updates, questions, concerns, and praises.

4. PetUpdates

This is the time to discuss any updates or issues with family pets.

5. Family Calendar

Review the calendar for the upcoming week to confirm that everyone is on the same page and nothing has been omitted.

6. Household Needs

Outline any chores, projects, repairs, etc., that are needed around the house and decide who is responsible for completing each action item.

7. Meal Prep

Decide what meals the family will prepare for the week, if any groceries are needed, and who will do the grocery shopping.

8. Other Topics for Discussion

Discuss any other topics that have not been addressed.
