An internship (NDA) confidentiality agreement prohibits an intern from sharing a company’s proprietary information with a third (3rd) party. This is to protect an organization from having an intern work for a competitor and use their learned proprietary knowledge against them. If an intern violates an NDA, they can be made liable for damages.
How to Write
Step 1 – Download in PDF, MS Word, or OpenDocument.
Step 2 – The name of the Intern must be supplied in the first field. The name of the Sponsor can be submitted in the second.
Step 3 – The amount of time that the Intern must keep the confidential information private can be supplied in the field of section four (4).
Step 4 – The governing State name can be supplied in section eighteen (18).
Step 5 – The intern must print their name, date the form, and sign on the applicable line to complete the confidentiality agreement.
