A Washington D.C. property management agreement is a contract that defines the terms of a relationship between a property owner and a property manager. The agreement outlines a licensed property manager’s rights and responsibilities within the purview of district law, which states what property managers must do and what they cannot. For example, managers must account for all money and properties received and may not engage in any activities related to the sale of the property.
