Missouri Property Management Agreement | Commercial & Residential
A Missouri property management agreement allows property owners to appoint a property manager to maintain and rent out a property on their behalf. The manager must keep the rental units filled and well-maintained in exchange for a commission on the income generated from rent (often in addition to service fees).
