A Nebraska property management agreement is a binding contract between a property owner and a registered broker for the management of a piece of real estate. As property manager, the broker will be responsible for the general upkeep of the property as well as securing new tenants for vacant rental units. As payment for their services, the manager will receive a flat rate, a percentage of the income generated by the property, or a combination of both.
