An Alabama land contract allows a buyer to purchase unimproved vacant land from a seller. Since there is no structure, the land requires only environmental and boundary due diligence. Unless the buyer is seeking financing, the only obligations will be the buyer ensuring the boundaries are where the seller claim to be with a proper survey.
