  • Minimum Termination Period – Either party may cancel the agreement by providing notice at least one month in advance (or as specified in the lease).[1] For a week-to-week tenancy, the required notice is one week.[2]
  • Increasing Rent – The landlord may increase the rent or otherwise alter the lease terms by providing notice 30 days in advance.[3]
