A Nevada Association of Realtors residential lease agreement is an agreement made between a landlord and tenant to rent a property which is facilitated by a licensed Realtor. Provided by the Greater Las Vegas Association, a Realtor may use this lease after showing a property to a tenant and having their income verified through a rental application. After signing, the Realtor will be owed a commission by the party they are representing, commonly the landlord.
