A New York condominium lease agreement is a legal document binding the owner of a condominium and a prospective tenant to a contract for use of the property. The document will provide language that will define the terms and conditions of the rental of the condominium. Before signing, the landlord will usually verify the prospective tenant’s credit and income through a rental application.
