- Minimum Termination Period – 30-day notice for a tenancy of less than two years or 60-day notice for tenancies of more than two years.[1] If the lease is week-to-week, seven days’ notice is sufficient.
- Increasing Rent – The landlord must provide notice 60 days in advance before increasing the rent.[2]
