A Wyoming roommate agreement is a written contract between or among those sharing a residence or an apartment. This agreement outlines all of the terms and conditions of living together, including rental and utility payment responsibilities as well as rules regarding the care and upkeep of the property. Each tenant will be a part of the initial agreement process. All tenants must read and agree to all of the sections of the agreement prior to signing.
