A Wyoming standard residential lease agreement is a legal document that establishes a rental contract between a landlord and a tenant. The document will provide all of the required information that will establish a legal agreement between the parties that will protect each side. Prior to signing, the landlord will often verify the tenant’s credit and employment through a rental application. The application will give consent to run a credit report and, if the landlord approves, a lease will be written.
