A New York single-family home lease agreement is a contract for the use of a residential dwelling between a landlord and tenant. This type of rental agreement adds items related to homes such as which party will be responsible for lawn care services, snow removal, and other related services. A landlord will usually require the tenant to be screened through a rental application before agreeing to rent the premises.
