Requirements
- Statutory Form – W.S. 1977 § 34-2-136
- Recording – Must be filed with the County Court Clerk’s Office where the property is located.[1]
- Signing – Required that the Grantor(s) sign in the presence of a Notary Public.[2]
- Statement of Consideration – Required to be completed along with the deed when filing with the clerk’s office.[3]
