Pennsylvania Security Deposit Demand Letter

A Pennsylvania security deposit demand letter is a document that a tenant sends to a landlord who fails to pay back the security deposit made at the beginning of the lease. The tenant is responsible for providing the landlord with their new address; failure to do so will forfeit their rights to claim the security deposit.
