An Alabama property management agreement is used by an owner of real estate seeking to have someone else maintain and lease the property on their behalf. In Alabama, a property manager is required to be a licensed real estate agent in order to lease the premises and show to prospective tenants. The main duties of a property manager are to market the property and keep occupied with tenants paying the highest rental amounts possible while keeping the property in the good condition.
