An Alabama property management agreement is used by an owner of real estate seeking to have someone else maintain and lease the property on their behalf. In Alabama, a property manager must be a licensed real estate agent to lease the premises and show them to prospective tenants.
The main duties of a property manager are to market the property and keep it occupied, with tenants paying the highest rental amounts possible while keeping the property in good condition.
